What features are found on the mobile app?
The Faro10 mobile app contains all of the same functionality that you can find on the web application. Once you’ve installed the mobile app on your phone, you’ll be able to make mood, symptom, prescription and observation entries, just as you can within the web application.


How do I get the mobile app for my phone?
Simply look for our name, Faro10 or TelaPeer, in the App Store.


How do I find Peer Support?
TelaPeer encourages those seeking peer support to use a trained peer support provider as part of your conversation. You can find these moderators on TelaPeer. There are many types of certified or trained peer support moderators, and TelaPeer does not approve or disapprove of any specific training method.


Is my phone supported?
OS 8.0 or higher is recommended (iPhone, iPod touch, and/or iPad). Android support coming soon.


Is the mobile app secure?
Yes! All critical information is encrypted and no personal information is stored on your mobile device. However, mobile devices do offer you the ability to store your login information for apps installed on the device. If you choose to store your login information, any person who has access to your mobile device can access your account.


Do I have to buy the mobile app?
No. Our Mobile App is completely free to download and install.


How current is the account information I see in the mobile app?
The information you see in the mobile app is shown in real-time, so it’s always accurate. However, if you are on a page for an extended period of time, you should refresh the page by selecting a new option in order to ensure the information is still current.
